    INVESTMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. The SAIY 20 fund has a minimum term of 12 months. Withdrawals of initial deposit before the 12
    month period lapses will result in a 10% admin fee of the withdrawal amount.
    2. Invested capital is subject to fluctuation in exchange rate as it is a Dollar based investment.
    3. Profits can be withdrawn monthly and are subject to no withdrawal fees.
    4. Profits are paid into clients nominated bank account.
    5. Withdrawal requests will be paid out within 72 hours.
    6. The SAIY 20 Fund targets up to 20% growth per month at a maximum risk of 20% per month
    7. The SAIY Guaranteed Investment Fund has a fixed term of 5 years with a yearly growth target of
    up to 50%. Profits can be withdrawn yearly to clients nominated bank account.
    8. All SAIY funds have a profit share or profit split of 50/50.
