Payment Terms & Procedures

Payment Terms are considered the best and important part of the deal. We are mostly
concerned with the safety of both the Shipper and Buyer. So, we are offering the Following
Payment term for Convenience:

a 9o% of the lnvoice Value to be transferred against ttre Selivery Orden FaBer
and remaining 10% of the lnvoice value to be transferred on the same day of
Delivery from Jebel Ali Port.

Delivery order is the letter that we can obtain from the relevant shipping company in
Dubai on behalf of the original Shipping Documents received to us or on behalf of
the
scanned documents if the Original Bill of Lading is surrendered to the shipping company
in
the country of shipper. Delivery order paper is issued before the Container arrival at Jebel
Ali Port and that paper is issued as verification of the shipping documents and
acknowledgement that Bill of Lading cannot be altered now.

The deal will be finalized by the following steps:

i. We will finalize on the commodity name and price per MT.
ii. we will issue a Proper purchase order describing all details in it.
iii. Your company will pack ad load all the products as per Purchase Order and keep
sharing
pictures and videos.
iv After the vessel leaves the port from your country, Shipping Line will issue Bill of Lading
and
you will get other shipping documents iike Phytosanitary Certificate and
Certificate of Origin
from other departments.
You will send Original Documents by hand or by courier to our office. ln
case of Surrendered
Bill of Lading you can share scanned copies along with the Surrender Message to
our email

vi. Vr/ewill get Delivery Order paper from Shipping line in Dubai if your company sends us
the
original Shipping documents or Scanned Shipping Documents if Bill of Lading is surrendered.
vii. Delivery order is issued by Shipping line in Dubai before vessel Arrival.
viii. we will pay 90% of the invoice value the same time we get Delivery order paper as
verification and authentication of all the shipping documents.
ix. Remaining fi % of the invoice varue wiil be paid after physicar testing of
euarity and
quantity of the goods.
