    Letter of Intent 

    to Lease a Space

    Dear X,

    Building Administrator,

    Sample Mall,

    Test Enterprise would like to present this Letter of Intent to signify our interest in leasing a
    commercial space at your Mall.

    We plan to put up a Mr. Liempo Kiosk outlet around Marikina City and we intend to start our first outlet
    in your mall.

    As we all know, liempo and Lechon Manok currently is one of the sought after food staple in the
    Philippines.

    The kiosk take-out outlet that we plan to put up would require at least a minimum of 15 to 20 square
    meters floor area and a power outlet for a cash register, a small freezer, a grill pan area, a soda vendo
    machine.

    The food cart would be manned by two employees.

    We believe that our food cart complements the business concept of Graceland Plaza Mall because we
    think we can bring additional people to buy liempo and lechon manok.

    We hope to be able to complete all the leasing formalities and set up our outlet in your mall at the
    earliest. In case you find this Letter Of Intent in order, please feel free to contact us on 0977 777 7777 /
    from Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm. We can also set up a meeting in your mall at a desired
    date and time.
