KJK has special design for Injection bore. The fluting and coolant geometry lay out is specifically designed for
this application. KJK PCD tool enables high precision cutting with extreme fast cutting parameters (in several
cases double-up in comparison to the “normal” market features). Extreme cutting parameters shorten cycle
time thus reducing overall costs. Also, the long tool life that comes from KJK PCD reamers reduces the total
tooling costs.
For high speed machining and to provide good rigidity to the tools, we offer integral reamers with HSK A50,
HSK A50, HSK A63, HSK A80 and HSK A100 series shanks. These are directly clamped on to spindle and there
is no separate setting time is needed, thus saving time and energy. We offer these type of Reamers with cutting
edges dialed to 0.001 mm accuracy, to help our customers to achieve highest dimensional accuracy in their
components.

highest dimensional accuracy in their components. Even if the machine spindle is having a run out, it will be
compensated by these types of reamers. These reamers are dynamically balanced to give good result on the
applications. Normally these reamers are held in BT or HSK shanks. The compensation holders also supplied
by KJK to hold the flange reamers. The BT and BBT with KAH 63 and KAH 81 (KAH are KJK adjustable
holders), HSK A50 and HSK A63 with KAH63 and KAH81 holders are supplied based on the applications.
Reamers are end-type tools, cutting only from the chamfer edge at the outside diameter of the preformed hole. The Lead angle provides
effective cutting action for most materials. For high precision and finishing of automotive engine parts, miniature parts, electronic parts and
related products with close tolerances. In large production, KJK PCD Reamers are excellent, due to its high resistant to wear and capability
to machine at high speed.
KJK PCD Reamers are supplied in straight shanks, flange type, integral shanks, spiral shanks and ABS type.
The straight shank reamers are held in Hydro-grip chuck or Power-grip in Machining centers running at high parameters. KJK designs
various reamers based on the applications at the customers end. KJK's technical and business development members periodically visit the
customers to know, monitor and record the life of the tools supplied. KJK supplies standard and special profile tools as per the component
drawing. The PCD reamers are supplied in diameters of a minimum of 3 mm to a maximum of 200 mm. Even up to 10 operations can be
combined in one reamer, based on the application, for reducing the cycle time there by the cost per component can be brought down
drastically.
KJK supplies spiral shank reamers with spiral coolant flow. Profiles and combination of the process is also possible based on the
applications.
The ABS shanks are specially designed and developed based on the applications.
In the recent years, the aerospace industry is discovering the value of PCD's
long life in the manufacture of aircraft components and are currently still
attracting for use on modern machining equipments.
The PCD / PCBN end mill requirements exploded in the last 10 years as
manufacturing process incorporated more and more mold and dies to improve

The combination of material, brazing and the high technologies used at KJK
means that PCBN inserts are especially made for effective and efficient in high
speed and accurate machining of hardened steel and cast iron.
PCBN Inserts has a hardness second only to diamond, has lower affinity to iron
than diamond. The low affinity and high hardness properties means that KJK
PCBN delivers significant increase in tool life, consistent surface finish,
dimensional control, decrease in over all cost of the component, higher
productivity and cost savings in total manufacturing operation.
The customers shall have an idea to choose any PCBN Inserts from our
standard range of Inserts as detailed below, suitable for there purpose.
The Solid and Full Top PCBN Inserts are supplied to our customers for many applications, also with special tool holders.
We are engaged in offering a range of Face Mill Arbor that is manufactured using quality
engineering steel. These are considered to be perfect for high speed, safe and efficient
milling, designed and fabricated as per ISO standards. These Face Mill Arbors find
extensive application in conventional milling machines and CNC machining centers. These
are manufactured in shorter version (Stub Milling Arbor) and longer version (Long Milling
arbor).
By incorporating, very compact insert / cartridge into its latest multiple tooth milling cutter
system is able to run at up to double the speed of a normal face mill due to the number of
inserts it can carry maintaining the same rate of feed per tooth.
The Rotary Milling cutters are shipped complete with bodies, cartridges and wiper inserts.
The new cutters from KJK has high-precision body and the PCD cartridge special designs
enable the customers to achieve high-cutting depth, required surface roughness and
percentage of contact area.
The cutter body design also has a minimum number of separate components and utilizes
high-precision stress-free friction clamping, giving a simple fine adjustment of each cutting
edge for perfect “flat” running and minimal creation of rags or burrs.
KJK cutter bodies are mostly in aluminum and ranging in diameters from 63 mm with eight
teeth to 125 mm with 16 teeth. The largest cutter can also be specified with an additional two
teeth depending on the application. The positive interlocking of each PCD-cartridge unit
requires a low-torque setting that prevents the cartridge moving on final tightening and
ensures each cartridge unit is set to the same height, precisely.
KJK milling cutters are extensively used in automotive applications to produce joint faces on
transmission housings, cylinder heads and crankcases as well as the milling of valve bodies
where the high demands of surface finish with excellent predictable tool life contribute to
higher spindle utilization with minimal downtime.
Three different variations are available with 45°, 60° and 90° lead angles and with a variety
of inserts / cartridges.
Re-grinding and re-tipping service of PCD and PCBN cartridges are offered to all our

and engineering industries for grooving / machining of aluminum and non-
ferrous and ferrous metals. KJK grooving tools are offered in cutting widths
ranging from 0.80 to 8.00 millimeters with carbide shanks. dimensions,

These are manufactured using high quality single crystal diamond that is
selected with utmost precaution the dimension of the grinding wheel,
hardness, grit size and the abrasive type. These dressers are available in
various shapes of shanks and the diamond sizes ranging from 0.16 Carat to
5.00 Carat. Depending upon the varying sizes of these single point diamond
dressers, they can be used for soft wheels, medium hardness wheels and very
hard type of wheels.
These multi point dressers are comprising of several natural diamonds, which
can be utilized to the maximum possible extent without requiring any resetting
or re-sharpening of the diamonds used in it. These are ideal for the application
of rough dressing of grinding wheels.
These are manufactured using high quality long diamonds, selected with
utmost precaution suitable for form dressing of the grinding wheels. These are

controlled abrasive particle size distributions (PSD), standard sized ID wheels limitless
custom sizes and configurations are available, both diamond and PCBN wheels with
Standard and custom formulations for specific, applications, to maximize grinding quality
with self-dressing properties is offered. Unlimited combinations of geometries, bond
hardness and matrix structures can be produced.
The shank styles are designated by the letters A through F identified by the diameter of the shank's flange in millimeters. Styles A, B, C, and
D are for low-speed applications. E and F are for high speeds. The main differences between the styles are the positions of the drive slots,
gripper-location slots, coolant holes, and the area of the flange. Each style was defined for certain applications. It is critical that the proper
type of HSK tooling be specified on high-speed machine tools, not just the correct size.
These holders are dynamically balanced, to give good results in machining. For high speed machining and to provide good rigidity to the
tools, we offer integral reamers with HSK 50, HSK 63, HSK 80 and HSK 100 series shanks. These can be directly clamped on to spindle and
there is no separate setting time is needed.
