DIP Switch Settings Modes of Operation (continued) Application Example
Application Example for configuring the FC-3RLY4 as a High-High Alarm, High Alarm, Low Alarm and Low-Low Alarm using a 4-20mA input.
Simultaneous Relay Control Mode This example illustrates how to setup the FC-3RLY4 to provide alarm conditions based on the input value of a 4-20mA sensor. The
[DIP Switch 7 ON] HIGH-HIGH alarm relay [Relay A] will operate at an input value of 17mA and release at 15.5mA. The HIGH alarm relay [Relay B] will
Relays A and B operate simultaneously, both controlled by operate at an input value of 14.5mA and release at 12.5mA. The LOW limit relay [Relay C] will operate at an input value of 6.5mA
Trip Point A and Release Point A settings. Both relays operate in and release at 8mA and the LOW-LOW alarm relay [Relay D] will operate at 4.25mA and release at 5.5mA.

DIP Switches 5 and 6 are ignored in Simultaneous Relay Control
Mode.
This mode can be used where it is desired to have both relays

WARNING: Disconnect all loads from the output relays BEFORE programming. Output relays can turn ON and OFF during
programming causing potentially unsafe conditions if loads are connected!!! Relay A LED begins flashing, Mode LED flashes RED.
