interactive content market in Indonesia
o Increased team satisfaction by 46% in first 3 week of working by improving coordination and alignment
o Concepted, researched, and managed 3 products, allocating resources, managing priorities, and
aligning company goals with the product roadmaps

person in just 1 year while delivering impact, various award-winning initiatives, and igniting massive
transformation in bureaucracy.
o Built the team from scratch, handling everything from manpower management, organizational design,
finance management, product development, partnership, to strategic planning in early days
o Successfully pitched and gained just under $1M of budget in the first year of operation, and saw 100%
funding increase YoY from 2018-2019
o Navigated various legal, regulatory, and bureaucracy requirements while building agile and innovative
team for fast and impactful delivery
o Managed and launched 15+ programs and products ranging from digital command center development,
government performance and budget dashboards, government super apps, to digital villages program
that has been gained various national and international awards in less than 1 year of operation
o Networked and developed strategic partnerships with various external stakeholders such as startups,
IT developers community, as well as big multinational firms, resulting in more than IDR 30 Billion worth
of value added to the province in form of assistance and other grants.

more than 1000+ people from various backgrounds (10 projects initiated, 250+datasests, 30 apps)
o Advocated and promoted open data and open government policy in Bandung, resulting in the launching
of Bandung data portal (data.bandung.go.id) in cooperation with the city government.
o Regularly invited as advisor, consultant, or speaker for open data programs in the City of Bandung.
o Involved in various Smart City projects and initiatives for the government of Bandung, providing
important tacit and technical knowledge to both outside consultants and government officials,
o Appointed as a member of the Bandung’s Smart City Council, specifically in Civic Working Group.
o Successfully managed multi-stakeholder relationship with local, regional, and international partners
from various background (Government, Academics, Private, CSOs, and local communities). Key
