Abstract

This study investigates common stressors and how it affects the Senior High School

students of Malasiqui Agno Valley College at particularly the Grade 11- HUMSS students

and the reasons behind why they are Stressed. The researchers came up with this study to

further understand and be able to expound what the students are struggling about and how

it affects their mental health. The study was conducted in Qualitative manner. The method

in collecting the data was done through questionnaires. This attempts to describe the

stressors and explain its effects to the Grade 11-HUMSS students.
