IP Camera Quick Installation Guide

IP camera connection guide


1. Connect the camera to your router

Make sure your router is ON and connected to internet.


Connect the IP camera to your router via network cable and plug-in the power supply for the camera. At this
point, the camera is already configured to our server and ready to be connected.

Please use the provided power adapter. Unauthorized power adapter may damage the IP camera.
2. Smart Phone Set Up (images may vary)

2.1 View via Android Smart phone


2.1.1 Please find software “iSmsee”&”barcode scanner” from Play Store, and install it to your smart Phone.

2.1.2 Run the App and click on “Add device”


2.1.3 Click “Scanning device two-dimension”, (fig.1) and point the smart phone towards the DID sticker on the
camera or on the box.

2.1.4 DID for the camera will be scanned in(fig.2). (You don't private scanning way, You can also write the DID
manually.)
2.1.5 Don't need to key in password at the first usage, please click "Done".(fig.3)
2.1.6 Another way to quickly add cameras.
If your smart phone’s wifi is ON and is within the same network as the cameras, you can click “search” to add
cameras.

The default user name is: admin & pw: empty

After the set up is complete, you must change the password!!! If anyone get hold of your UID code and use
the default PW, they can access the camera!!!!
If you forget the PW, press the reset button for 10 sec while the camera is ON to reset to the factory default.
2.1.7 Wireless (Wi-Fi) Set-up and disconnecting network cable

① Click on the icon on the right of the camera.


② Click on “WiFi Setting”.
③ Click on “WiFi Manager” then the Router list will pop up.
④ Choose the router that the camera is connected.
⑤ And input your WiFi password.
⑥ click “Done”.

Then unplug the camera’s network cable, the camera will restart, and it will automatically connect via WiFi.

Rest of the features are self explanatory. Please feel free to experiment with different settings and features
yourself.
2.2 View via iPhone
2.2.1 Please find software “iSmsee”&”barcode scanner” from APP Store,ane install it to your Smart Phone.

2.2.2 Run the App and click on “Add device” (fig.1)


2.2.3 Click “Scan QR Code”, (fig.2) and point the smart phone towards the ID sticker on the camera or on the
box.(fig3)
2.2.4 ID for the camera will be scanned in. (fig.4) You can also write the ID manually.
2.2.5 Don't need to key in password at the first usage, please click "done".(fig.4)

2.2.6 Another way to quickly add cameras.


If your smart phone’s wifi is ON and is within the same network as the cameras, you can click “LAN search” to
add cameras.

The default user name is: admin & pw: empty m

2.2.7 Wireless (Wi-Fi) Set-up and disconnecting network cable

① Click on the icon on the right of the camera.


② Click on “Wi-Fi Setting”.
③ Click on “Manage Wi-Fi network” then the Router list will pop up.
④ Choose the router that the camera is connected.
⑤ And input your WiFi password.
⑥ click “Done”.

Then unplug the camera’s network cable, the camera will restart, and it will automatically connect via WiFi.

2.3 Smart Phone client other functions


Smart phone client other functions can "Help" in the "About Us" to find the corresponding instructions.
3. CMS Software Set-Up (PC only, Mac is not supported)
CMS software is used for more extensive viewing and recording. You can use the software on a PC within the same
network or from a remote location. Your PC must be connected to the same network as the cameras or to internet.
3.1 Connect the camera with network cable as shown on step#1. If your camera is already connected by WiFi
wirelessly, ignore step#1 and proceed. Insert the provided CD and double click on the following file. Install and run
the program.
3.2 Add Camera.
① Click on “Device Set” button.

② Click on “Open search tools” button.

⑤-⑥ Click on “OK”.( If the camera has a password to


enter the password and then click the "OK")

③ Click on “Seach” button.


④ And then double-click the name of the camera in the ⑦ Drag the camera name in the Camera list to the
list channel, it can display video.

3.3Double-click the camera name in the Camera list,


enter the camera parameter Settings interface.
