matching
TW2984(US2)：Pin 62/64/66/68 input SD signal of channel 1-4, 100nf(CS23/25/26/25) impedance matching, pin
55 input audio signal of channel 1, 100Ω(RS9)、2.2uF(CS40) impedance matching.
TVS (TVS5/4/11/6) ：Play a protective role in channel 1-4
75Ω(RS61/58/62/RV1)、10Ω(RS59/56/60/57)：Play a protective role in channel 1-4
KY2013-5B(U3)：27M Clock of TP2806(UT5)、TW2984(US2)
TW2984:Pin 30 input 27M clock, check position: 0Ω(RS18)
TP2806(UT5):Pin 162 input 27M clock, check position: pin 3 (reserved position :Y9)

Notice:Every two channels (channel 1and channel 2;channel 3 and channel 4),the type of video input shouled be
same ,both HDTVI or SD Standard Definition

KY2013-5B(U3):The master control chip, pin 129 output (HS) signal , 0Ω(RG2)、33Ω(RG11) impedance
matching; pin 130 (VS) signal, 0Ω(RG1)、33Ω(RG4) impedance matching
Pin 118/119/120 output B/G/R signal, 10Ω(RA1/2/3) impedance matching
TVS AZ1215-04S(U13)：Play a protective role in B/G/R、(HS) signal
TVS SBD52C05L01(D22)：Play a protective role in (VS) signal

Chapter 3 Trouble Shooting

3.1 A/D abnormal
3.1.1 Few SD channels abnormal
Step1: Check the TVS (TVS5/4/11/6),replace if it’s abnormal
Step2: Check the 10Ω(RS59/56/60/57)、75Ω(RS61/58/62/RV1)
Step3: Check the impedance of 100nf (CS23/25/26/25)
Step4: Replace the TW2984(US2)
Step5: Replace the KY2013-5B(U3)
3.1.2 All SD channels abnormal
Step1: Check the voltage of BU10TD3(UV1), pin 1 is 3.3v, pin 5 is 1v
Step2: Replace the TW2984(US2)
Step3: Replace the KY2013-5B(U3)
3.1.3 Few HDTVI channels abnormal
Step1: Check the TVS (TVS5/4/11/6),replace if it’s abnormal
Step2: Check the 10Ω(RS59/56/60/57)、75Ω(RS61/58/62/RV1)
Step3: Check the impedance of 100nf (CS23/25/26/25)
Step4: Plug in the video signal of bad channel, check whether there is any error imformation of RS232;repalce
KY2013-5B(U3) if it is ,replace TP2806(UT5) if not.
3.1.4 All HDTVI abnormal
Step1:Check the voltage of power chip
Step1: Replace TP2806(UT5)
Step2: Replace the KY2013-5B(U3)
3.2 VGA abnormal
3.2.1 VGA no output
Step1: Check the impedance of 33Ω(RG4/11)、0Ω(RG1/2)、10Ω(RA1/2/3),replace if it’s abnormal

3.2.2 VGA bad image
Step1: Check the impedance of 10Ω(RA1/2/3), replace it if abnormal

3.3 No boot
Step1:Format and upgrade the latest FW
Step2:Check the voltage and impedance of power convert chip ,replace it if it’s abnormal
Step3:Replace the FLASH
Step4:Replace the UM1,KY2013-5B(U3)
3.4Talk back abnormal
Step1:Defult
Step2: Line in abnormal：Check 100Ω(RS9)、2.2uF(CS40)，replace it if it’s abnormal
AOUT abnormal：Check t 3.6KΩ(RS107)、10uF(CS16)，replace it if it’s abnormal
Step3: Replace TW2984(US2)；
3.5 RS232 abnormal
Step1: Check100Ω(RL69/70)，replace it if it’s abnormal
Step2: Replace the KY2013-5B(U3)
3.6 Network bad
Step1: Check 2.2Ω(RN7/3/10/9),replace it if it’s abnormal
Step2:Replace the HST-0041SAR(U16)
Step3: Replace the KY2013-5B(U3)
3.7 SATA bad
Step1:Check whether is the problem of hdd
Step2: Check the voltage of the interface of HDD,replace power convert chip if it’s abnormal
Step3: Replace the KY2013-5B(U3)
3.8 Clock problem
Step1:Check the voltage of battery ,replace it if it below 3v
Step2: Replace the KY2013-5B(U3)
3.9 HDMI no output
Step1:Connect with hdmi screen, check the voltage between pin1and pin2 of LMBT3904 (Q22), replace it if the
voltage is below 3v
Step2:Replace the 0524P(UHD1/2)
Step3: Replace the TVS (UHD3)
Step4: Replace the L2N7002LT1G(Q21/22)；
Step5: Replace the KY2013-5B(U3)
