DEMAND LETTER

MICHAEL MAGTABOG (SALES AGENT)
Dear Mr. Roxas:

Our client MR. CHRISOPHER PATACSIL referred to us the matter regarding the
property he acquired at Tiffany Village particularly PHASE 1 BLOCK 3 LOT 9 of
TIFFANY VILLAGE (100 SQ. M. Property covered by TCTNo.060-2017003459). As
per records he had already paid his equity in full. The down payment was paid in the
amount of Php 499,669.60, and the down payment for the Home Improvement
Contract in amount of Php 238,566.72.

DEMAND IS HEREBY MADE within five (5) days from receipt of this letter to ALLOW
our client MR. CHRISTPHER PATACSIL TO CONTINUE MY PURCHASE OF THE SAME
ABOVE-STATED PROPERTY AS ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON FREE FROM ANY
INTERESTS OR PENALTIES and/or FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT HE HAS PAID
FOR THE PURPCHASE OF SAID PROPERT or we will be constrained to file the
appropriate legal action to protect our client’s interest.

We hope that your Good Office would find preferential attention regarding the matter.
