    PRELIMENARY SURVEY REPORT

    DARE E-COM (PVT.) LTD OFFICE AND WERE HOUSE PREMISES

    This is further to the letter of quotation for the providing of security service dated 20 th February,
    2020 and the preliminary security survey held by the Manager-Operations and Manager-
    Administration, Dilco Security & Investigation (Pvt.) Ltd., to DARE E-COM (Pvt.) Ltd. at the
    Wear-House & Office premises.

    Due to the present security situation prevailing in the country where daring robberies and thefts
    become the order of the days of the which is definitely a security threat to any organization.
    Organization of your magnitude should have a sound security system with modern technology
    under the present circumstances and should be considered first priority.

    Discussions:

    Information regarding security issues were discussed with below personnel.

     Accountant
     Logistic Manager DARE E-COM (Pvt.) Ltd.
     Security Coordinator

    Sketch Plan of the were-house premises with existing security situation is attached.

    Observations & Findings

    Observations are mainly focused on were-house security issues as the office complex was newly
    established and it has not seems much security fears.

    Were-House

    Were-House premises area is approximately 60 p. and three separate parts included.

    1. Main Store Area


    Approximately 30 p., covered by parapet wall; with entrance gate and separate exit gate
    at left side.
    Structural Blocks
    Telecom Material Stores
    Office Block
    Polythene Factory
    Guard Room
    Many materials such as Copper cables, Batteries, Brackets etc. are spreaded all over the
    open ground.
    One CCTV Camera Installed.

    2. Back Side Area


    10 p. approx., adjourning to the main store area;
    Structural Blocks
    One store with open space
    This area exposed to outside by 2 sides.
    One CCTV Camera installed.
    Varies telecommunication materials, specially, copper cables have been gathered all over
    the area.

    3. Front Area
    10 p. approx., Located opposite side of the main gate;
    Separated from road
    Structural Blocks
    Temporary erected vehicle parking hut with open area; fully exposed to the outside.
    One CCTV Camera installed at opposite wall.
    Varies telecommunication materials, specially, copper cables have been gathered all over
    the area.

    4. Duties & Responsibilities of the Security Guard

    Existing Service
    One Security Guard has been deployed at the main gate 24/7 hour basis.

    Duties & Responsibilities


    Staff Attendance Book Maintaining
    Vehicle Running Chart Book Maintaining (Telecom)
    Advance payments to outdoor travelling (Telecom)
    Polythene Material purchasing records
    Customer Vehicle Records & Delivery Records (Polythene Factory)
    Security to all materials in 3 separate places
    Round visiting
    Any other related duties.
    5. With three isolated area one Security Guard would not be sufficient to protect & observed
    all premises.

    Recommendations

    Night vision cameras to back side area, front area & main store area each

    CCTV monitors for guard rooms at office & wear-house premises both

    It is necessity that Online monitoring facility for responsible and authorized person.

    With Security concern, security personnel should be deployed to the were-house premses

    as follows.
