PROMOTION, TRACTION, AND TRAFFIC MONITORING

1. Use key word in Hyperlink.

To attract more viewers, your website should offer ease in finding information. Key
words should be hyperlinked to the page that focuses on discussing then or
presenting ideas. Hyperlinks using key words can also be a way in which a search
engine will find your website when the same keyword is searched.
2. Make navigation system search engine friendly.
This will enable the visitors to go in and out of different pages seamlessly. And
because of this configuration, search engines will notice your website and will
suggest it when someone searches for a key word similar to those found on your site.
3. Create a Site Map.
A site map is the outline of the website. A site map provides the structure and
organization of the website. The more organized the website is, the more visitors
would find it easier to search for information.
4. Fine-tune with careful search engine optimization.
The term “fine-tuning” means making small, necessary adjustments to the website to
enhance its quality. Upon publication, fine-tuning the website is a must.
5. Submit your website to key directories.
Directories are the “lookup table” of search engines and search applications. Posting
your website’s address in this directory will make your website visible and a
reference for searching.
6. Submit your site to trade organization sites and specialized directories.
Similar to key directories, specialized directories are “lookup table” of websites
tackling a specific topic.
7. Write articles for others to use in websites and newsletter.
Regularly writing news and happenings in the field of your website and posting it on
your website can attract more visitors. Furthermore, you can submit these articles to
different editors and ask them to include your article in their regular newsletter, which
redistributed to their network. In return, you can ask them to include the link of your
website in these articles. This method can help your website go viral.
8. Become part of a social media community.
One of the powerful methods of acquiring high number of viewers in your website is
to promote it on a social media application. A vast number of websites creates
advertisements on social media applications, which are paid depending on the
number of appearances per viewer.

9. Promote your site in online forums and discussion lists.
This can be an avenue for promoting the website you have established. Moreover,
you can encourage discussions that center on your website.
10. Ask visitors to bookmark your site.
Asking them to bookmark your website will help them remember your website, and
thus, encourage another visit. Increasing the ranking will increase the likelihood of
search engines to include your website in relevant searches.
11. Developed a free service.
It is more encouraging if you are going to ask your viewers to try free services on
your website. Individuals become more interested if a service is free. When
individuals try this free service and are satisfied, they may encourage their friends
and colleagues to try it. The process may be passed from one individual to another,
thus increasing your website traffic.
12. Install a “signature” in your e-mail program.
An e-mail signature is a set of information about yourself after an e-mail message.
This signature may include your name, position or profession, mobile number,
landline number, and website address. By writing the link of your website in your e-
mail signature, all your e-mails can be transformed to a website advertisement.
13. Aggressively ask for e-mail signups.
This may entail a great amount of effort but can produce enormous results. Asking
for signups can be difficult: it is similar to asking pledge from others to continuously
follow your website in exchange for different news articles, updates and other
information. You can provide different promotional materials in exchange for their
pledge.

EVALUATION THROUGH USER FEEDBACK/INTERACTION

User feedback is an essential way of improving your website. It allows your site
visitors to have their say about the sites strengths and weaknesses. Google forms allows
your audiences to answer the set of questions you have set which can be imported as a part
of a spreadsheet and later used in a chart.

What is an Analytical Report?

An analytical report is a type of a business report that uses qualitative and
quantitative company data to analyze as well as evaluate a business strategy or process
while empowering employees to make date-driven decisions based on evidence and
analytics.

How to write an Analytical Report?

 Use digital dashboards: By using an online dashboard, you will be able to gain
access to dynamic metrics and data in a way that’s digestible, actionable, and
accurate. No more sifting through droves of spreadsheets, no more patchwork data
analysis, and reporting methods. With digital analytical reporting, you will see the
insights unfolding before your very eyes.
 Be dynamic: With dynamic, interactive dashboard reporting software, your structure
will be far simpler and more holistic. As such, you can retain all the conventional
information you require, but the dynamism will provide information you can use in
real-time and dig deeper while drilling down into pockets of information with the swipe
of a screen or the click of a button.
 Choose the right chart types: Modern data reports offer a host of interactive data
charts and visualizations you can use to your advantage. If you choose the right chart
types - those that represent the information you’re looking to convey with your data
analysis report - you will enhance communication and productivity. Common

analytics report chart types include interactive bar charts, line charts, bubble plots,
area charts, and maps.
 Follow design best practices: Regardless of how powerful your dashboard
software is, without following data analysis and reporting best practices, you will
dilute your most vital organizational information, making it far less effective. For
powerful analytical reporting, you must make sure your dashboard provides clear-cut
answers to the questions linked to key aspects of your business’s performance. Also,
for maximum data analytics reporting success, focus on following a logical format
that will help you and your users extract actionable insights at a glance.
 Work with the right KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): The visually rich and
interactive nature of these KPIs means that you can gain access to a wealth of
invaluable information, both past, predictive, and in real-time. Focusing on your
primary business goals will help you reach a suitable conclusion when picking
dynamic KPIs - doing so will ensure you’re able to make your business more
adaptable, more responsive, and more innovative with the initiatives you develop for
the organization. By choosing your KPIs well, you gain the ability to spot strengths
and weaknesses while making your information more accessible to other
stakeholders, both internal and external. This is an essential component of making
sure that you get the structure of an analytical report just right.
 Make your analysis report accessible: In developing a visually accessible, logical
design and format, your analytical information should always be available to the right
people in your organization whenever and wherever they need it. The primary aim of
an analytical report template is to improve internal business intelligence while
empowering everyone with the information they need to perform better - this limitless
level of accessibility will do just that.
 Tell a tale: The human brain favors strong narratives or a plot it can follow, so if your
analysis report format is developed with storytelling in mind, you will make your
business analysis report efforts far more powerful.

EXAMPLE OF ANALYTICAL REPORT

Healthcare: Reducing the patients waiting time in the hospital.

Primary Key Performance Indicators:
 Treatment Costs
 Emergency Room Wait Time
 Patient Wait Time

The healthcare dashboard above emphasizes healthcare metrics that combine

historical data, statistics and delve deeper into the analysis of trends, therefore, it can serve
as a fundamental part of generating future decisions that are important to run and modify a
successful hospital strategy. Although big data in healthcare are becoming expansive and
increasing in the variety of information it can provide, it also uses reports in a form of a
dashboard (like the one above) so that every analytical information generated has its own
measurement and quality of evidence. The average waiting time by division can clearly
increase the effectiveness of different hospital departments if used correctly. Also, the
number of patients can explain why some divisions have the bigger amount of waiting time,
and, therefore, propose a solution to reduce it, and also reduce costs that directly affect the
department. This metric is important for the finance department, but the holistic view of all
the analysis created and presented in this dashboard will help management make better
decisions. This dashboard can also serve as an analytical report template, which can then
be used as a roadmap to a successful hospital strategy.
