Section I
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Pizzawrap have two varieties of flavors which customers would


absolutely love. First, the classic flavor of pizza which everyone loves and the
second flavor is a food which cheese lovers would probably love that is
innovated to become one of the flavors of our pizza that most of the customer
never heard of. The two variety of our pizza is wrapped with something that’ll
give the pizza a different kind of texture in each bite. Since, a lot of people like
pizzas; it’ll be a great opportunity to use to sell our product. We will serve the
market with an enthusiastic approach with a smile on every customer. We fill
also offer a fair price of our product to meet the demand.

Pizzawrap expects to catch the interest of not only the students


and teachers but also the administration staffs who have a huge interest when
it comes to pizza and also because of its unique and mouthwatering flavour.
With that, the entrepreneurs will have a shifting schedule throughout the
day/week. Each of them will have a task that needs to be taken care of. For
example, the group of boys will be responsible on attracting customers and the
girls will be responsible of distributing or packing the product and at the
counter. We will task some member of our group to attract customers. We will
also include a cute kind of packaging on each purchase that will attract
customers. We will also serve the customers with a smile and enthusiastic
approach that comes with our tagline. We can also make a jingle to make our
customer to remember our business and of course to attract the.

Our product logo can be one of the reasons why people will be
attracted with our product. The logo resembles an Italian man, which is Italy is
known as one of the countries who love pizza and serve delicious pizza. Also,
our product logo’s color is red that is because as per a psychological study, the
color red triggers person’s appetite, hunger, and it attracts attention, which is a
good reason for us to pick it since we will be selling food.

Pizzawrap offers high quality and uniquely made pizza not only
because of its newly heard flavor but also it is because of the fair amount of
cheese that we put in each of our pizza which makes it more mouthwatering
which is at a competitive price to meet the demand.

The Pizzawrap’s estimated income that the pizzeria will produce is


about 1,500 php per day. But with an estimated budget of 1,000 php will be
deducted from the income and with the days to which the business will be
operated ranges from 15-20 days per month, we can say that in a month, the
business can gain 30,000 php. After 3 years, the business can gather
1,080,000 php. It is enough to expand the business that’ll attract more
customers and will add different varieties of flavors that’s inclined to the major
business.

General Manager; Tyron Wyne, Assistant Manager; Jea Mae Braza, Chief
Accountant; Kyla Auries Erece, Assistant Chief Accountant; Richelle Bernice
Jacobe, French Nicole Silvosa, Ralph Luis Caña, Derick Barbon, and Jam
Curato the Marketing Production Team.
The owners and the key staff members and the expertise they bring to the
venture.
We come up of this kind of business venture to offer a unique kind
of pizza and for those people who aren’t adventurous when it comes to food we
also offer a classic one and we can surely gain profit to this business because a
lot of people loves pizza and especially cheese.

Section II
BACKGROUND AND BUSINESS CONCEPT

In this chapter, it includes the background and the business concept of our
implemented product. The description, information, and important details of the
project will explain in this section. This chapter clarifies how the business venture
comes up with this project as well as the description background of the product; this
will give a brief explanation about how we can satisfy our customer’s needs when it
comes to trendy foods. The business project will be implemented at Emilio Aguinaldo-
College Cavite. This is the place where the entrepreneurs will experience competency
between other entrepreneurs that surrounds them.

The entrepreneurs aim that the business will be successful like pizza
parlor in every place that started from a small business then slowly turning
into a popular food business. In order the entrepreneurs to sell and promote
the products is through online advertising and giving flyers so that once they
see our stall, we can easily attract and promote our own goods.

The importance of our product is it has a uniqueness that you cannot


find in other entrepreneurs. It has our own style of product design and appeal.
Since our target customers are 16 years old and above, they can easily attach
to our product because it is a trendy food item that can satisfy their cravings
and needs.

of Industrial Engineering and Management, Tokyo Institute of Technology,
Tokyo, Japan states that teenagers do not underestimate the negative
effects of fast food. However, their decision making fails to incorporate
existing knowledge on competitive advantages and gives greater weight to
customer satisfaction compared with adults. In the written article of
Piernas, and Popkin (2011), states that portion sizes of other key foods
increased, although the total energy from eating events that included them
remained constant or decreased. Portion sizes increased across all food sources
soft drinks and pizzas but only at fast-food locations for French fries. Portion
sizes continue to grow for selected foods. Fast-food chains appear to be linked
with less healthful portion size increases for selected foods.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

Our product aims to gather customers from the students of Emilio


Aguinaldo College-Cavite, specifically from the Senior High School Department,
which could be presented as customers that has a thing for pizza and cheese
that has a unique style that will attract to our prospective customers. Our
product name is "Pizzawrap" and our booth/stall will be located at lobby 3
(near building 5).

Our group come up of the idea about pizza because which is a


trend nowadays, especially for the students. It is easy to make, convenient,
affordable but we'll make sure that it is in a high quality of ingredients. It is
simple but has a unique style and unique taste unlike the common pizza that
we ate. Our product will be remembered because instead of dough, we will use
lumpia wrapper to cover the toppings in the pizza and we'll put it in a cup or in
a kraft paper so that it is easy to hold while eating.

We will make a unique product to attract more customers and to


keep our company to have financial support. And after a year if our business
became more successful we can make more branch of our company to make
more customers and to exceed our income before.

There's an upcoming event in our school, a food bazaar that will be


held on our school. Our product name is "Pizzawarap" that has a thing to pizza
that has a delicious taste and unique style that you'll never forget. Our booth
will be located at lobby 3 (near building 5) at Emilio Aguinaldo College-Cavite.
We would like to experience how to run a small business, so we can apply it to
ourselves in the future. Our prospective customers will be the students in our
school specifically the Senior High School Department. Of course, we'll bring
our product near to those who wants it, and also in order to introduce it. Our
customers will find easily our booth because we'll surely put some design and
appeal so that it will become attractive and catch the attention of people. Our
product is affordable, convenient and it has a unique style and unique taste
unlike the common pizza that we ate. Our product mainly consists of stuffed
and more different toppings/flavors of pizza. Our main ingredients are lumpia
wrapper, sauce and toppings like ham and cheese. For different toppings we
have ham and cheese and mac and cheese. We will also ensure that the
equipment/materials that we use are clean. Customers will surely love our
product because it's tasty, affordable, unique and simple with delicious
toppings.

VISION AND MISSION OF THE BUSINESS

In this chapter, it will tackle about what is the business’ mission, vision
and the goals of the business and the business’ competitive strategies.

Our Vision
Pizzawrap envisions itself to provide the best and tasty food to customer
with high quality ingredients, reasonably priced and delivered consistently in a
low-key décor and to make people happy while eating the best food in the
world.
Our Mission

Our mission is to be the best stall market in Emilio Aguinaldo College-


Cavite, experience affordable prices with consistent quality, value and
commitment to its customer base and to satisfy their cravings for pizza.

Marketing Plan
This section provides knowledge about our product, the target market,
the pricing plan and the strategies that the entrepreneurs will do in the future
of their business.

1.1 Target Market


Our prospective customers are students, and staffs. The customers will
like our product because we believe a lot of consumer wants pizza and have a
unique package. Our stall will be located at lobby 3 in Emilio Aguinaldo
College-Cavite. Most of the students and staffs spend their time in the lobby 3
so we think that it is a good place to sell our product. We can maintain our
customers by improving, giving them a new flavor for their taste and giving
them great deals.

1.2 Product: It’s Nature and Sustainability


Our product has a unique style of serving pizzas. Our product is
named Pizzawrap. It is inspired from the word pizza, which our main product,
and wrap which is from the lumpia wrapper, which we are going to use to put
the pizza toppings. Also, the name pizzawrap, somewhat resembles pizza sarap,
a Filipino word that when we translate it English it mean delicious.
Our product is very convenient, easy to eat, easy to bring, you can
bring it everywhere, it can be your go to food; bring it anywhere, eat it/have it
anytime Our product can last up to one to two days only; this is because of the
ingredients that we will be using such as the tomato/ pizza sauce, cheese, and
milk that can only last for a few days if not refrigerate properly. We recommend
eating it once the customer bought it.

1.3 Future Product Plan

We are planning that our product will have a more flavor, and add combo
snacks in our menu. The packing will also improve so that the more customers
will be attracted in our product. If the success of the Pizzawrap continues, the
business can also expand in having branches and not only to be known inside
the campus but also nationwide.

1.4 Pricing Scheme


Knowing that our future customers are mostly students, we would our
product to be affordable enough and budget friendly price with a high quality.
With that, we are planning to sell our product for 15 php per piece. The prices
may changes because in the future we can offer discounts and promos.

1.5 Future Pricing Plan


Through the success of the Pizzawrap, the price 15 php per stick
will be the minimum price per piece. The prices may increase depending on the
flavours that we will sell in the future. We can give combo meals, great deals
and promos.

1.6 Place/Distribution Channel

We will buy the raw materials in the market, and after we buy, we
are the one who will create our products using the raw materials and sell it to
the customers. The business located is at lobby 3 in Emilio Aguinaldo College.
The product that we will be selling will be in retail.

1.7 Future Place/Distribution Channel Plan


As the Pizzawrap grows and become popular, the business can also
expand in having branches and not only to be known inside the campus but
also nationwide.

1.8 Promotional Technique

According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, promotion is defined


as the publication of a product, organization, or venture so as to increase sales
or public awareness. Promotion has an important role in a business. It can
attract more customers, it can ensure a success to the business, and it can
attract customers to buy our product.

In promoting our product, we decided to promote through online


advertising, since most of people right now are into social media, for us, it is a
great way to promote and attract people. (expected customers ar)

1.9 Future Promotional Technique Plan.

We will advertise our new products for our customers and we will
discuss to them our new product to encourage them to try our newly out
product. For our customers we can give them some coupons that can less the
amount that they will be buy for their next purchase.
