DISCLAIMER:
As per the BEEF Scholarships Policy FY 2016-17, the Provisional Final Merit List (FML) of Scholars including students of Professional Degree, MPhil and Masters Final Year covering all discipline/subjects/departments
are selected on the basis of annual result 2016 declared by the respective Institute / University situated in Balochistan as details are given below:

Balochistan Education Endowment Fund

 1) The students are selected purely on merit under BEEF category known as an Open Merit Scholarship (OMS) which requires at least 60% marks obtained in annual exam system or 3 CGPA/ 3 GPA for semester
systems (as applicable) as officially declared by the competent authority;

2) By ensuring the uniformity of slots distribution either district wise or institution wise (as applicable), here in this case scholars selection is done on the basis of institutional basis slots allocations to cover
large number of students of all disciplines/subject of education levels including study courses of Professional Degree Program of 1-5 years (so far BEEF is covering first 3 years only) and Masters 1-2 years and
MS/MPhil 1-2 semesters / 1st year covering course work completion only;

3) BEEF selected top 20 students from the provided list of top 30 students result 2016 of each discipline/subject of above mentioned education levels collected from each institution situated in Balochistan
province based institutions e.g. professional colleges or universities;

4) Thus, selected students who were fulfilling the minimum merit criteria of 1st division holders have obtained marks at least 60% marks if annual system or 3CGPA/3GPA if semester system in their previous exam
result 2016. However, number of selected scholars of each discipline /subject may vary in number of scholars more or less in compare to allocated number of scholars as found eligible.

5) Any amongst listed students who have already submitted their BEEF Scholarships Application Forms (SAFs) 2016-17 may contact MR.NADEEM DURRANI MOBILE NUMBER 03322950616 MR.SHAISTA KHAN
03168085865 to get confirmed whether his/her SAF or any other document is available or missing; in case SAFs is missing then shall submit duly filled SAF 2016-17 (green colored may be downloaded from
website/facebook and it is also available with Focal Person /Head of Institute FP/HoI of your respective institute) along with copy of a DMC of FA/FSc 2016, 4 pics, copy of CNIC and copy of a local/domicile
(attachments of scan copies through email are also acceptable) by themselves in person or through their current Institution based Focal Person/Head of Institute not later than Friday 3rd November 2017.

6) The FP/HoI are also requested to make sure confirming their respective listed scholars / students are maintaining at least 75% attendance and taking active part in academic and extra curriculum activities as well
as they are not availing any other Scholarship particularly amount more than BEEF stipend rate Rs.4000/- per month or Rs.48000/- annual.

7) It is important to mention here that award of any or all Scholarships of selected Scholars are subject to the clearance of Final Merit List from Desk Review Monitoring and/or Internal Audit, Verification
and Disbursement through Demand Draft/Cross Cheque as deemed appropriate at BEEF level;

8) The Final Merit List (FML) of Scholars again to be prepared and re-endorsed from the respective Institutional FP/HoI and disseminated/displayed through notice boards of institutions as well as uploaded on BEEF
website/facebook along with plan of disbursement or distribution of awarding Bank Demad Drafts of annual stipend amounting PKR.48000/- for each student by organizing Scholarship Ceremonies at Provincial or
Institutional levels ASAP preferably during November 2017.

9) The provisional Merit Lists are also sent to all concerned Focal Persons/Head of Departments/Head of Institutes not only to display on notice boards for students but also to respond accordingly as
explained above.

10) In case the students of highest marks than listed /selected students can also contact and submit their SAF 2016.

IMPORTANT: It is hereby confirmed again that top 20 students per district and top 40 students for Quetta are selected as they were found eligible and fulfilling the selection criteria of BEEF Scholarship Policy
2016-17 while considering the Annual Result 2016 declared by the relevant competent authorities provided through their respective Focal Persons /Head of Institutions in soft /hard shape in this case BBISE. It includes
the data verified and endorsed by their respective institutions which has also been carefully reviewed, cross checked and approved by the concerned officials of BEEF at every level including Scholarships Program
