A SHORTS is working in join round.
With same pants color, sl st at the last sc of rnd 23. (working on front loop).
CH2, hdc in each st around. (17) , join first and last hdc with sl st, fasten off. Weave yarn tail in
and out of the last rnd and secure with small stitches.
