    520 square meters more or less under Document No. 221 Page No. 45 Book No. I
    Series of 1994 of Notary Public Atty. Wilfredo B. Claveria, dated October 4, 1994.
    Said agricultural land is my retention area or a portion of my retention area, of not
    more than 5 hectares.
