Dear All,

With reference to my e-mail dated 16-06-2019, no action had been seen on anything. Below is some of
the major points tabulated for more understanding

Above are some of the major concerns highlighted and I did email you everyone earlier and this is my
reminder e-mail. Since all the above issues are related to offer letter and contractual things, I wish
management to fulfil it first and then I will be reaching Rwanda. Any delay caused me reaching Rwanda
shall be the concern Department related to above mentioned issues. As I had e-mailed earlier, I want the
above issues to be sorted out before bringing my family to Rwanda. I did mention about the above issues
this Lea on my earlier e-mail dated 19-06-2017 and nothing happened again.

Dear Mr.Abhilash,

I hope everything is fine with you and apologies for the late reply. Below is some of my concerns listed
 I was shocked and frustrated about some people saying that I left Afriprecast Ltd without
informing anyone. Even after applying leave application to GM, DGM and Hr Depat and
following up. HR Dept or some person didn’t want to response also after follow-up.
 CONTRACT: Even after completing probation period no contract was forwarded for signing.
 ACCOMMODATION: As per my contract/job offer letter I should be provided with fully
furnished house. But I was not given proper cooking utilities, no Air-conditions, no mosquitos’
nets in bed room. No action was taken for this even after informing to Admin Dept.
 VEHICLE: I was provided with a vehicle that was used by site supervisor/foreman at site for
transferring materials. It was not the similar vehicle used by other managers.
 Any requisition made is rejected always saying no money, for example a small engineering scale
for reading drawing was requested 4 months before and was never received.
 People play double sided like verbally accepted and but no black & white record. Like requisition
made for increasing the manpower.
 In all the organizations factory will be working under Design /dept. Factory should provide their
planning, daily report and everything to design Dept. But here everything is in reverse and that is
the main reason for all the confusions and blaming others to hide their own mistakes.

As I had explained you above are some of the issues mentioned. People are here to work and not to do
internal politics disturbing others works and to hide their own mistakes done. People produce lot of
elements to show their productivity for no use to make money or to claim from client.
