 Monitoring of BOM Cost of New/Existing product, Initiate measures to optimize the same.

➢ Review Supplier’s processes and identify improvement opportunities in processes and systems
at supplier locations to improve quality, and cost and flow of supplied materials throughout the
entire supply chain.
➢ Work with R&D on New Product Development (NPD) to ensure the integrity and Clarity of
Engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to
supporting suppliers.

Procurement Engineer (Supply Chain Management)

Responsibilities:
➢ Preparing & issuing Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the selected vendors, price &
technical specifications.
➢ Coordinate with planning and production department for Weekly, Monthly material requirement
and Follow up with the Vendors.
➢ Creation of Purchase Order for local and Imports Supplier, Update prices in SAP MM &
Releasing Procedure and Sub Contract Orders.

Manufacturers / suppliers.
➢ Preparing comparison statement of the received quotations, negotiating with the vendors to get
best price, discount, delivery, payment terms & other commercial conditions. Cost Reduction by
developing new vendors and renegotiating for the best prices.
➢ Achieve the KRA Fixed by the Organization. (Cost Saving, Inventory Level and Etc.,).
➢ Preparation of Monthly, Annual savings and spend analysis report.
➢ Finalize the Inco Terms and other terms and condition for the Importing Materials.
➢ Appointing Third party inspection Agencies to assure the quality of material frequently.
➢ An excellent knowledge of mechanical components, system and manufacturing processes.
➢ Responsible for RTV (Return to vendor process) and Reverse logistics activities.
