Respondent(s) has 30 days from the postmark of the above listed documents, notices, and
affidavits to respond or rebut on a point-by- point basis, and or any portion thereof, by way of
sworn affidavit under Respondent(s) full commercial liability, signing under penalty of perjury
that the facts contained therein are true, correct, complete and not misleading. Mere
declarations are an insufficient response. If an extension of time is needed to properly answer,
please request in writing. Failure to respond properly will be deemed agreement with all the
facts stated in all documents, notices and affidavits enclosed herein.
Any and all responses shall be directed to the Undersigned, Claimant, by U.S.P.S Certified Mail
or Registered Mail, at the following address: james-edward: mcfadden, c/o Lara Morphew,
Notary Public, 526 George Thomas Road Texarkana Texas 75501 service in any other manner
will be deemed defective on its face.
These documents and or instruments are being submitted by james-edward: mcfadden

hereinafter “Claimant” for the purpose of payment to claimant in the amount of 16,000,000.00
(sixteen million dollars and zero cent) for settlement and closure of Invoice number 0001
enclosed herein. If any of the enclosed instruments or documents contain any defects or are
incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, please return the same to claimant along with clearly
reasonable detailed explanation and verified proof. With supporting facts, law and evidence in
support thereof the same, via the Notary Public address listed above within 30 days from the
postmark of this notice.
Please exercise ordinary care, as the party and or Office, Officer, Agent, Agency, Person, etc…
obligated to perform, and enforce and carry out the obligations set forth in the listed

documents and instruments, to insure that all debts, obligations, claims, and liabilities are
satisfied. On behalf of your State Agency, Registered organization, and entity namely JAMES
EDWARD JR. MCFADDEN et al and any and all derivatives therefrom and THE STATE OF TEXAS.

I have received, reviewed, and verified the enclosed bill received for services rendered to
JAMES EDWARD JR. MCFADDEN et al and any and all Derivatives therefrom, while management
of same was the responsibility of your office. Please forward the enclosed bill to the Treasury
for disbursement and provide me with verification that you have done so. Should it be
beneficial to your office or that of the Treasury you may use the enclosed toward settling this
account. Don’t hesitate to write me with any questions or concerns that you may have at the
above listed address.
