CDMX
Mexico City is one of the most polluted cities in the world and poor air quality
affects its 23 million inhabitants. The 23 million people that inhabit Mexico City
suffer from high levels of pollution as a result of the combination of
atmospheric depression and the arrival of winds from the north of the Mexican
capital, bringing with them large amounts of sulfur dioxide. In the country,
pollution kills about 9,000 people a year.
