    AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS

    I, REYNALDO MANACAP RAFAEL, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of


    Brgy. Conel, General Santos City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
    accordance with law, depose and state:

    1. That by virtue of a Deed of Donation Inter Vivos, wherein I am the Donee, I


    became the owner of a parcel of land described as:

    Transfer Certificate of Title No. 147-2019003729

    Lot No. 730-A-2-B, Plan No.: PSD-12-076915


    Portion of : Lot 730-A-2 PSD-12-068561
    Located at Brgy. Of Mabuhay (Now Conel) City of General Santos, Island of Mindanao
    Area: Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Nine Square Meters (2,869) more or less.

    2. As the Donee of the above-decribed parcel of land, I further testify that my total
    landholdings does not exceed five (5) hectares of land.

    3. That the purpose of this affidavit is to assist in the smooth transfer of title of said
    property.

    4. That I execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts for all intents
    and purpose and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
