In order that materials quality control activities in all
on-going construction and maintenance projects of the Ministry, particularly those administered by Project Management Offices, irrespective of funding, can be monitored and properly evaluated, it is directed that the following quality control reports be submitted monthly to this Office, Attn.: Bureau of Materials and Quality Control.
1. Statement of Work Accomplished per Progress Billing
2. Summary Report of Quality Control Tests Performed 3. Test Reports on Concrete Samples 4. Inspection Reports/Certifications pertaining to quality control 5. Other documents relating to quality control
Said reports should be received at BMQC not later than the
first week of the succeeding month. Also, prior to the start of a project, contract documents including acopy of the Contract, Plans and Specifications shall be submitted to BMQC.
