1. SCOPE
The purpose of the Site Security Plan is to establish all SITE’s security
requirements to put in place to minimize the risk posed by security threats and
achieve the objective as identified below.
It is imperative that comprehensive measures and a pro-active security culture
are implemented to allow the control of and subsequent mitigation of significant
security risks.
More specifically, the objectives of the Security Plan are:

Project Procedures
The PSC will ensure the coordination with PRINCIPAL in order to ensure to
fulfill the security requirements during the execution of the Project and
liaise with each relevant person in charge of security at all project
worksites.
The PSC will be in permanent contact with all personnel involved in
security matters, i.e. PRINCIPAL, Security SUBCONTRACTOR, and
Authorities if necessary.
6.2. Responsibilities
This section describes main responsibilities of key personnel with regards
to Security.

• All security related activities on the site are coordinated in due time.
• Checking that the Site’s security processes are compliant with Security
Charter and the relevant security standards and assessments.
6.2.5. PRINCIPAL
PRINCIPAL will identify a focal point / Correspondent to assist and liaise
directly with CONTRACTOR and NOMINATED SUBCONTRACTOR in
matters related to security.
• Take care to ensure that their acts or omissions will not endanger the
security of themselves or others.
7. SECURITY MEASURES
Visitor Pass shall be daily taken and returned to the site security.
Access control will also include supervising the flow and routing of
pedestrian, visitors and vehicles.
8. COMMUNICATIONS
CONTRACTOR and NOMINATED SUBCONTRACTOR will develop a full
communications network which will include but not limited to the following:

For Brown field the rules regarding photography and video taking as
stipulated by the PRINCIPAL will be upheld and monitored by the
CONTRACTOR and NOMINATED SUBCONTRACTOR.

available for security inspections and audits.
For a major security incident, which has have an impact on the Group, the
BU Security Manager and Corporate must be informed. Where applicable
a response is required for the following on the Notification:

As per standard procedures enforced at the worksite, regular security
inspections will be conducted to check the implementation of security
procedures.
