COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The significance of studying court testimony to know the trial proceedings and rules governing legal and judicial
ethics in relation to an officer arresting an offender he must also presented to the court. A study of Pre-trial presentation
where showing the relationship with others parties to know their rights. A commencement of court action that May present
legal remedies for both parties that court will weigh the evidence presented. The study focuses on the prosecution has
responsibility to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt. It also considered Police officer is initiator ,an arresting officer
filing an information to prosecution and it determine if has a probable cause.
