CIRCULAR
Larsen and Tubro (L & T) has announce the schedule to provide training to final and pre-final
year B.E. students of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical, C&I/EC disciplines. The place of this
training is L & T Power Plant, Vadodara. The duration of training, Module, Fees details are
mentioned in the attached brochure and registration from.

Note: Registration fee includes training material, tea, snacks and lunch, excludes accommodation & local conveyance. However,
necessary support shall be extended for accommodation/logistics in Baroda
Registration for the respective training programme can be made by sending the filled up Registration Form (attached) along
with Registration fee by Demand Draft in favour of “Larsen & Toubro Limited” payable at Vadodara.
Participants from any organisation have to provide their official GSTIN which will help in deriving correct tax liability under GST
regime. GSTIN is not required for the individual participants who are out of GST regime. Registration fee may also be

Instruction for Students
1. Registration fee should be submitted 2 weeks in advance before starts of training program. If,
students are fails to submit fee in a stipulated time, then they can directly contact or mail to
institute for further action.
2. It is mandatory, Module-2 should be attended after completion of Moulde-1.
3. Enter the classroom on time & maintain decorum in the class.
4. Wear formal cloth & shoes during training period. During site visit, wearing of safety shoe of
each student are mandatory. Safety shoe should be arranged /procured by students in advance or
before site visit. However, we can also arrange vendor for the same if required.
5. Follow all instruction given by Faculty.
6. Raise your hand to speak to ask any doubt or question to faculty.
7. Listen carefully when others are speaking.
8. Keep you mobile on silent or switch off mode during the classroom sessions.
9. Be respectful to fellow students & faculties.
10. Students to follow directions given on first day.
11. Students should not eat or chew gum in the classroom. Do not write on the desk.
12. When students are going out of class due to some emergency, to drink water or to use washroom,
he/she should return immediately to the class without wasting time.
13. Walk safely in the indoor & outdoor areas.
14. During tea/snacks time, students should form a queue and behave properly.
15. Washroom should be kept clean & follow instruction given in the area.
16. For any absenteeism from the classroom session due to any emergency; the student should
