FORGOTTEN USER CREDENTIALSORGOTN USER CREDENTIALS


1. Log on to https://business.bdo.com.ph
2. On the bottom part of the page, choose the options for your particular request.

A. Forgot your password?


1. Enter the following User Information (Corporate Code and User ID).

2. Click “Submit”.
3. You will be required to enter the One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile
number.
4. After successful request, you will be required to enter your new password.
Note: New Password (minimum 7, maximum 15 characters, composed of an uppercase and lowercase, should
include at least 1 Alpha, 1 numeric and 1 Special symbol -- ie. *, ?, #)

NOTE: User must lock his account first (logging-in 5 times) before you can click Forgot your password.

B. Forgot your User ID?


1. Enter the following User Information (Corporate Code, Password and Registered Email address).
2. Click “Submit”.
3. You will be required to enter the One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile
number.
4. After successful request, your registered User ID will be sent to your registered mobile number.

C. Request for Password Unlock?


This allows a user to unlock his User ID and enter the same password. A user will be locked-up after 5 attempts of
logging-in.
1. Enter the required User Information (Corporate Code and User ID).

2. Click “Submit”.
3. You will be required to enter the One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile
number.
4. After successful request for password unlock, you may try to log in using the same password.

CHANGE PASSWORD
1. Login to your BDO Business Online Banking.
2. Go to User Preferences > Click Change Password
3. Enter Old Password.
4. Nominate a New Password (Password Expiry is indicated).
New Password is composed of minimum of 7 maximum of 15 characters, composed of an uppercase and
lowercase, should include at least 1 Alpha, 1 numeric and 1 Special symbol -- ie. *, ?, #)
5. Click “Submit”.

NOTE: The system will generate an Acknowledgment Receipt with Transaction Reference Number for any update/s done.

UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS / MOBILE NUMBER / LANDLINE NUMBER


1. Login to your BDO Business Online Banking.
2. Go to User Preferences > Click User Profile.
3. Update your email address / mobile number / landline number.
4. Click “Next Step”.
5. Enter your Password. Click “Submit”.

NOTE: The system will generate an Acknowledgment Receipt with Transaction Reference Number for any update/s done.

HOW TO VIEW THE STATUS OF A TRANSACTION


This allows any user in BDO Business Online Banking to view the status of a financial transaction made – Fund
Transfer Own/Other Party, Wire Transfer, Checkbook Reorder, Outward Payment, Stop Payment Order, Bills
Payment, Payroll, Checkwriting, ACA, ADA etc.

1. Click on the Inquiry Tab of a financial transaction and it would display all transactions made and the
status.

STATUS DISPLAYED DEFINITION


COMPLETELY PROCESSED Transaction has been processed and
passed through all workflow
REJECTED / CANCELLED Transaction was rejected by Verifier /
Authorizer / Releaser
PENDING Transaction is pending for workflow to
complete

TRANSFER SCHEDULE
Financial Transactions such as Fund Transfer Own/Other Party, Wire Transfer, Payroll, ACA and ADA has
transfer schedules or processing schedule.

TRANSFER SCHEDULE DEFINITION


Immediate Transactions upon upload (no workflow) / approval
(with workflow) will be submitted for processing and
will be credited within the same day.
Post-Dated Transactions on the chosen/preferred date and/or
time will be submitted for processing and will be
credited with the chosen day and/or time. This must
be approved at least a day before the crediting date.
Recurring Transactions on the chosen/preferred schedule
(daily/weekly/monthly) will be submitted for
processing and will be credited with the chosen day.
This must be approved at least a day before the
crediting date.

HOW MANY OWN ACCOUNTS CAN BE ADDED?


There is no limit on the number of account/s that can be added as Own.

HOW MANY OTHER PARTY ACCOUNTS CAN BE ADDED?


There is a limit of 30 Other Party account/s that can be added as Other Party.

HOW TO LOG OUT TO YOUR ACCOUNT


The log out button is located on the upper right of the screen and is an on and off button.

“YOU HAVE BEEN REDIRECTED TO THE LOG IN PAGE DUE TO MULTIPLE SESSIONS DETECTED.
PLEASE CLOSE AND REOPEN YOUR BROWSER TO LOG IN AGAIN. THANK YOU.”
This means user has not logged out properly and is currently logged in. User can close all browsers or open a
new browser (e.g. Use Mozilla Firefox / Internet Explorer / Google Chrome) or restart computer.
