Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the CRA process and ensure the local level planning(LLP) for disaster risk reduction of
the working areas.
Conduct baseline survey and facilitate to identify ultra-poor beneficiaries of the project areas
as-per pre-defined selection criteria.
Finalize a database of preliminary selected beneficiaries.
Facilitate local level planning(LLP) process for disaster risk reduction and climate change
adaptation.
Prepare training plan and organize training of trainers(TOT) for the ER staff.
Assist LGED to select appropriate schemes and coordinate with Donor & UP
Organize and conduct orientation to tha project participants including users committees on the
implementation of project activities.
Ensure training to the project participants as per the set module and guidelines.
Facilitate and monitor food transport and distribution by the users committee.
