    Two clean boys spotted a large snake near the camp water tank at 19:00 hours. They quickly informed HSE, camp boss, and others. Two police men later arrived and killed the snake with a large wooden stick. No one was harmed in the incident.     Description of incident:
    We got a near miss at DQ-021. At 19:00 hours two clean boys spotted a snake in the camp area close to
    .camp water tank

    When two clean boys having walk around the carvan. Suddenly they spotted a big snake near the camp
    water tank and suddenly they take action and inform HSE, camp boss and other persons and then
    .emergency announced. After some time 2 police men came with a big wooden stick and killed the snake

    Luckily nobody harmed during this event.

    NEAR MISS INVESTIGATION

    Description of Near miss condition and causes :

    Conditions:

    In night time having some wind blowing having a ideal weather for insects like snake, scorpion etc and also that
    location having greenery around that one having a more chance of snakes and scorpion in location.

    Causes:

    1. Greenery around the location.

    2. Hot weather.

    Corrective action taken:


    1. Discuss in safety meeting.
    2. Wear long safety shoe in night time.
    3. Need snake killed equipments in location.
    4. Close the doors in night time.
