My Heart I have a heart of a polar bear, cold and fierce on the outside but warm and
cozy in the inside. What I mean is that some people that doesn’t know me
well perceived me as a strict person probably because of my looks, but once
they know me well they’ll see me as a friend who they can lean on to.
My sensitivity/emotion I am really sensitive to unfulfilled expectations. Especially if its an event or a
thing that I’ve been truly anticipating for a long time, but I could not
somehow get it or experience it because of certain misfortunes.
Intelligence I am a fairly intelligent that loves to learn and expand my knowledge. The
field that I am slightly good at compared to average people is technology.
Any friend of mind who has problem relating to technology wether it is their
broken printer, computer recommendations, or building a static website ask
me for help.
My will My will of doing something productive depends on how well I start out my
day. If I could able to manage to wake up early and not get distracted, I could
get a lot more done, but If somehow I get caught up to distractions like social
media especially Youtube, my will becomes weaker.
Actions I noticed that my actions got mature as I grew older. Back when I was a kid,
my actions were just doing something fun. And now that I am a grown adult,
my actions have reasons and purposes that I carefully plan out in order for
me to achieve my long term and short term goals.
Interpersonal I have a healthy Interpersonal relationships. My family cares for me and
Relationship supports my life decisions. I don’t have a lot of friends but all of them are
genuine and true friends. Lastly, I have a very wholesome romantic
relationship with my girlfriend and we are open to our parents.
Relationship with God I have weak relationship with God because I don’t religiously go to church
that often, and I don’t pray daily. But, I personally accept Jesus Christ as my
Lord and Savior because I believe in him and his promise to give us eternal
life.

corresponding values.
The four dimensions of self are Physical, intellectual, moral, and spiritual. My exercise and diet
habits are the foundation of my physical self. My reading habits and critical thinking are the key for
the growth of my mental self. My self-talks and self-discipline are the foundation of my moral self .
And lastly My faith in God is the foundation of my spiritual self.
2. How will you be able to actualize these values in your family, school, and community? Explain
how each of these values affects your personhood.
By having all the foundations and keys I listed in the last question like having a healthy exercise and
diet, reading non-fiction books, having a self-talks and reflections daily, and having a faith in God, I
can make a reality of these values to my family, school, and community. Exercising regularly, I’ll be
able to maintain equilibrium in my physical being. Reading non-fiction books feeds me necessary
information to allow me to think critically, become creative and have more knowledge. Self-talks
and reflections keep me disciplined. Having faith in God gave me hope that I am moving in the right
direction.
3. Explain each of the seven habits of highly effective people with respect to your own experiences.
Which of the seven habits do you consider most
Being proactive means taking action by taking initiative and not just wait for something to happen.
Begin with the End in Mind means to have a clear visualization of your goals or destination. Putting
First Things First means keeping priorities in check through strict management. Think Win/Win
means thinking of a solution that can have a benefit to both parties. Seek First to Understand Than
to be Understood means to sincerely understand the other people’s background and intent by
listening attentively. Synergize means to team up and cooperate as a whole to create a joint effect
greater than the sum of effect achieved individually. Sharpen your “Saw” of Self-Principles of
Balanced Self-Renewal means to constantly improving every day. Out of these 7 habits, The Being
Proactive habit is what I consider the most, because without initiation there will be no action, if
there is no action there will be no result.
