    Camia St., Potrero, Malabon City after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
    certify:

    1. That I am the duly designated Corporate Secretary of ABAKADANG KAYUMANGGI


    COMM. DEVT FOUNDATION INC. a corporation duly organized and existing under
    and virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal address at 21 Camia
    St., Potrero, Malabon.

    2. That at the special meeting of the Board of Directors at its principal office on 14 th of
    December , 2020, majority of the Directors being present, unanimously adopted and
    approved the following resolutions;

    “RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that ROMALYN V. TEVES, is


    authorized to act and represent for and in behalf of the corporation before the Bureau of Internal
    Revenue Office (BIR).

    “RESOLVED FURTHER, that the aforementioned duly authorized representatives are


    authorized to represent and renewed Books of Account for the current year of the above
    mentioned Corporation.”

    “RESOLVED FINALLY, that this designation shall remain valid until revoked.”
