Housekeeping Guideline
1. General cleaning guideline for housekeeping staff after guest(s) check out.
Mop floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, furnitures and surfaces with the right disinfection
cleaner.
Pack all the rubbish or leftover foods into a plastic bag before dispose it.
Clean and disinfect household appliances such as TV, refrigerator, doorknobs and
handles, light switches,remote control, tables, windows, keys, hair dryers, railing,

All in-house guests must registered themselves to the security guard before entering the

Maximum occupancy for one unit of three bedrooms apartment is limit to 6 persons only
(including children); one unit of five bedrooms duplex penthouse is limit to 10 persons only
(including children).
To keep all staffs and guests' record who had stayed in the premise,eg:-
- check in and check out dates, unit apartment which they stayed, guests' personal details
and contact number for possible public health action in case the patient is confirmed to be
