Here are some of the important guidelines with regard to your practical training report

Introduction of the organization

Demonstrates technical knowledge/activities experienced by the students
during the practical training and relate theory with activity in terms of:
Teamwork
Decision making
Society/Organization
f) Chapter 3
Recommendation/Conclusion/Idea/Problem Solving
Report any problem encountered throughout the Industrial Training
Provide solution for improvement
Summary of discussion for all chapters. Students need to provide clear and
solid conclusion that reflects activities done during Industrial Training.
Explain on how the Industrial Training meets the objective

PRACTICAL TRAINING REPORT FORMAT
A. GENERAL INFORMATION
Final report must be prepared and typed clearly. Writing format must be standardized
based on the given format given.

2. Spacing
Report must be typed in 1.5 spacing. The main section (chapter) must begin on a
new page.
3. Reference
All references must be relevant, cited and placed after the final chapter of the report.
Min 20 pages
Max 30 pages

SCOPE OF TASK
To ensure that the training is of benefit, student is advised to make effective use of his/her
time in the organisation. This is especially important as student may be allocated to only one
department or shuffled to different departments for multi-tasking experience. The list below
provided an outline of the areas in which University and Faculty expects practical training to
be provided and achieved.
