Dear Stelian
Thank you for your interest in our CNC Routing Machines. I am pleased to provide the following
quotation on the products and services you requested.
Specification
Single piece fully welded tubular steel base construction including leveling feet and caster wheels.
Extruded aluminium table top with zoned vacuum and T slot clamping system. Dual rack & pinion drives
on X axis with linear rails and bearings. Single rack & pinion on Y axis with dual profile linear slides and
bearings. Z axis driven by ballscrew.
Tool Tip Sensor for fast and accurate setting of tool lengths. Machine toolbox with tools for basic
machine maintenance.
1C - 1Z ATC 7G
Single carriage with single "Z" axis with 7 tool automatic tool changer. The innovative
AXYZ Automatic Tool Changer provides an effective solution to running jobs requiring
multiple routing tools. Tools are loaded from below the surface of the table so it does not
create interference with other tools mounted to the carriage of the machine. It is also
capable of loading tools on multiple spindle machines from a single tool changer. Price
includes extended length gantry.
The 10.8 HP HSD Quick Release spindle incorporates high speed ceramic bearings for
quiet operation and 4 pole construction to improve power output at low spindle speeds. A
pneumatic quick release allows it to be operated manually or in conjunction with the ATC
automatic tool changer. Spindle speeds can be varied up to 24,000rpm and tooling up to
18mm shank diameter can be fitted. Includes 3 ISO 30 cones and covernuts.
The Oscillating Tangential knife is designed to provide high accuracy cutting of a wide range of semi rigid materials. Blade
oscillation and tangential control ensures that the cutting blade delivers accurate cuts even on thicker materials without
excessive over cut.
The Oscillating knife is available with a wide range of blade lengths and attack angles, to suit a wide variety of materials.
The Oscillating knife in conjunction with the AXYZ AVS camera registration system delivers incredible value for any cut to
print operation. Watch video
Helical Rack
The helical rack drive option replaces the standard rack and pinion drives on X and Y axes. This offers superior high speed
performance for quiet running, greater accuracy, smoother cutting and allows greater acceleration and feed rates to be used
where required. Wear is reduced and life of the rack and pinion system is increased as a result of distributing the load over
several gear teeth.
The AXYZ Servo drive delivers high speed and high torque capacity with a planetary gearhead transmission assembly. For
high volume applications where cycle times need to be kept to a minimum the servo drive can help to boost productivity.
The High Capacity Pressure Foot provides an efficient method of dust and swarf extraction to ensure a clean working
environment. With reasonable suction, these pressure feet have been tested to remove most of the dust from MDF cut at
production cutting speeds. The High Capacity foot can also be fitted with brushes as required. Watch video
The bellows seal works with the High Capacity or the Universal 5Y pressure foot to enhance extraction in high dust
environments. It promotes the generation of a cyclonic vortex within the pressure foot chamber and is effective on all types
of materials.
The Automatic Gantry squaring option enables the machine to be easily re-calibrated for gantry squareness as required by
the operator.
The A2MC Control system allows for much smoother and faster motion based on S-Curve (Seven Segment Velocity)
trajectories. It is fully NC code compatible so it will work with virtually any known CAM package including Artcam, Type 3,
Enroute, and more.
The A2MC connects to your existing network through TCP/IP protocols so file transfer is almost instantaneous from any
workstation on your network.
The new AXYZ Smart Console brings unprecedented ease of use, context sensitive menus, realtime display of machine
status and many more timesaving, useability and productivity features. It provides a graphical preview and current status of
a running job and allows program feeds and speeds to be changed without pausing the program. Watch video
1 Day Installation
Installation of machine at customer's premises by an authorised engineer. The machine is positioned correctly and levelled
before connecting to power and air supplies (if applicable). The engineer will then setup the machine with tooling and load
and run test jobs to ensure that it is functioning according to specification.
Training course conducted at customer site. Normally supplied immediately after machine installation. The course covers all
aspects of machine operation including safety precautions and basic maintenance procedures. Application training is also
included on subjects such as tooling selection and setting of correct machining parameters and would be tailored to specific
customer requirements wherever possible.
Engineer's commuting time for travel to and from the customer site
Thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal. I hope that it meets with your approval and look forward to talking to you again in the
near future.
