    PROCEDURES

    Applicant makes a Deed of dissolution CV at Notary


    THE REASON OF DISSOLUTION
    IT CAN BE DONE BY:
    Active Allies will be Appointed as Liquidator to be responsible for internal and
    external settlement completely. a. The term of agreement has ended
    b. The destruction of goods used for
    (Calculation all of assets, debs, claims and othes intern of CV or accounts receivable
    and others both between the Company and with third parties). CV purposes or CV purposes has
    been achieved;
    c. The Allies’s willing; or
    All off Allies (Active/ Pengurus Allies and Passive/ Komanditer Allies) in CV signed
    the Deed of dissolution CV. d. Other reason that regulated in the
    Statutory Regulation.

    the notary to court to obtain a court decision
    stating the dissolution of CV.
