2013 - Till date working for M/s. Kuwaiti Lebanese Company for Soil Testing. As a
Document Controller.

Responsibilities

 Checking e-mails, handling Correspondence, Drafting letters, Office Memos,


Payment vouchers, Minutes of meeting,
 Preparing reports submittals such as Soil Test, FDT, Boreholes etc.,
 Preparing induction program for new recruits, collecting training information
about new courses for employees who are interested and willing to learn.
 Preparing weekly report to keep a tract on the progress of the department
i.e. who all have left the organization, how many new recruits and how many
have underground training.
 Updating staff pay roll record.
 Collecting CV`s for recruiting new staffs.
 Updating the daily reports.
