    INFORMATION

    The undersigned accuses REYNALDO B. SUAREZ of the crime of


    Homicide, committed as follows:

    That on or about the 16th day of October 2020, in the


    City of Tacloban, Philippines, the above name accused, with
    intent to kill, did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully, and
    feloniously attack, assault, and employ personal violence upon

    the person of one ANDREI BERNARDO, by then and there
    stabbing him with a knife on the right portion of his torso,
    thereby inflicting upon him a serious and mortal wound which
    was the direct and immediate cause of his untimely death, to
    the damage and prejudice of the heirs of the victim.
