    Instructions to Students

    (II B.Tech II Semester 2018 admitted batch – CSE, ECE, EEE and IT)

    1. The students, who come by public transport, reach the college one hour before the
    scheduled time Mid-II, JNTUK External theory & lab examinations to avoid mass
    gathering.
    2. Quiz-II examination will be conducted offline (i.e., paper based examination with 20
    multiple choice questions) along with Mid-II examination.
    3. Due to COVID-19, all students should wear face mask, hand gloves, carry small
    sanitizer and water in transparent bottle during the days of all examinations.
    4. Students should not gather in more number at any place in college premises.
    5. The students appearing for Mid-II, JNTUK External theory & lab examinations at
    other centers should carry College Identity Card/ any other Government issued
    Original Identity Card, laboratory records and observation books without fail
    themselves to the examination centers.
    6. Collect the hall tickets for JNTUK End Semester Examinations from the invigilators
    in the Examination Halls on the first day of examination.
    7. If any day scholar is willing to stay in Vignan hostel, the student has to pay Rs.600/-
    per day for hospitality (i.e., accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner). Interested
    students can approach the hostel’s in charge.

    Note:

    1. The college staff will examine your body temperature and oxygen levels as per the
    COVID norms.
    2. If any student is suspected suffering from fever with more than normal temperature,
    he/she will be directed to separate examination hall to appear for Mid-II, JNTUK
    External theory & lab examinations.
    3. All the examination halls will be sanitized every day as per COVID-19 norms.
