    AFFIDAVIT OF NO IMPROVEMENT
    and NON-TENANCY
          WE, SPOUSES RODRIGO & FLORENCE U.TORRES, of legal age,
    Filipino, married to each other and resident of Ili Sur, San Juan, La Union,
    after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

    1. That we are the declared owners of a parcel of land situated at


    Brgy. Lubing, San Juan, La Union containing an area of 14,682.10
    square meters, more or less, covered by Tax Declaration No. 2009-
    15-0023-00694;

    2. That we hereby state that the above-mentioned property has no


    existing improvements of whatever kind and nature and it
    remained idle up to the present;

    3. That we hereby further state that the above-mentioned property is


    not tenanted and that the same remained as such up to the
    present;

    3. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the


    foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it
    may serve;

             IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 11th


    day of November 2020 in San Juan, La Union, Philippines.
