Step 1: KYC Documents Submission

Step 2: Recommendation for Training Program


 KYC Documents submitted candidates must attend 3 Days mandatory training

Step 3: On Job Training


 Training: 3 Days after submission of KYC Documents
 Training Method Online Training
 Timings 10AM to 6PM
 Note:-

Absent candidates can’t eligible to write online exam
Absent candidates can’t eligible for any company benefits

Step 4: Online Exam


 Every candidate must write Knowledge level Online exam after completion
of 3 days training program
 Exam Pattern:
1 Hour Online Exam, Jumbling Paper, Objective Model & No Negative Marks,
Observation with CC Camera Control, 40 Pass marks out of 50 Marks.

Job Roles and Responsibilities


 Meeting with Clients.
 Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing
coverage
 Explain the features of various policies
 Analyze client’s current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
 Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
 Validation of customers financial needs based on their requirement
 Minimum Business Norms has to achieve within 7 days after completion of 3 days training
 Candidate would be responsible to handle end to end recruitment
 Sourcing and conducting telephonic & Face to Face Interview from advisor to Leader level
through different portals like Naukri, Indeed, Paper advertisement etc.
 Follow up with candidates for their documents and Joining
 Recruiting of financial advisors, training the same advisors and generating business with
financial advisors & handing of financial advisors objections
 Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing
coverage and Explain the features of various policies
