Factors that influence an effective verbal communication:
• Symbols and language used – ensure the symbols and language muse give the exact,
suitable and clear meaning so that it is easily understood. This is because both symbols
and language carry different meaning in different cultural contexts and situation. The
difference in culture and life experience gives different interpretation and perception
between a person and another + example (5 Marks);
