    1) Floor standing out going breaker panel with (400V) 2000 A TP ;ACB,(reputed make

    like ABB, Siemens etc) 55 KA C/W Shunt trip, Under voltage trip and closing
    mechanism ,EFR, CTs, & indicating lamps.

    The above has to be joined with our existing powerhouse distributor thro’ anodized
    copper bus, Dimension shall be provided Schematic sketch attached

    2)
    a) A distribution panel with 2000A TP ACB incomer with ammeter and selector switch,
    CTs, shorting terminal, Voltmeter and selector switch, indicating lamps, control
    fuses, neutral link and all safeties.

    b) 7 Nos outgoing feeders as under


     630/600 A MCCB ( this is for an air compressor of 220 kw with soft start arrangement. Starting ampere shall be in the region of 1000A) --- 1 no.
     600 A MCCB (this for an equipment with major load being heating lamps
    with installed capacity of 280 KW but running load at 100 kw-----------------1 no
     300 A MCCB (this is for 140 kw chilled water refrigeration system --------1 no
     160 A MCCB ( Cooling and conveyor system) --------2 nos.
     120 A MCCB (HVAC) ------- 1 no
     63 A MCCB (lighting) ------- 1no.
    The panel shall be modular and have “bus bars” designed to accommodate a future distribution panel of total power 350kw (sketch enclosed)

    3) Power distribution XLPE 4 core copper cables as below.


     Suitable cables to carry 1300 A to be laid below ground ------165 meters
     Cable lugs for above both ends
     Cable sleeve and cable glands
     500 sq mm cable (4 core) --------50 mts
     300 sq mm cable (4 core) ------------ 60 mtrs
     150 sqmm/120 sq mm 4 core -------------60 mts
     60 sq,mm -------------100 mts
     25 sq mm ------------50 mts
    All the above cables need to have copper lugs, glands and sleeves ; quote needed

    4) Lighting switch board consisting of


     63 A TP incomer-1 no, 40A DP- 3 nos, 25A DP -6 nos., -------------1 set
     40A DP main MCB -1 no, 5 A sp MCB-11 nos., 15 A socket with MCB-1 no ----------- 1 set
     25D P main MCB-1no., 5 A SP mcb-3 nos., 15 A sp socket with MCB ------------1set.,
