because on what we saw in blogs and watch vlogs on YouTube. It is also a popular way to
expose your best landmark in your place. I saw many types of blogs and vlog in any sites or
places that can help you to decide if you will engage or not. Also, it is an easy way to search on
the internet the reviews and need to visit in that specific place. It was found out that 64% of
people, watch travel videos when they have an idea about taking a trip. 60% of the people
shortlist their options once they watch a travel video and then decide their destination. It was also
found out that travel vlogs are the most-watched videos on YouTube. 45% of people amongst the
people the study was conducted on made their bookings immediately after watching the Vlogs
and 62% of the people who travel for leisure make travel choices and decisions only after
watching travel vlogs and the number of people watching travel vlogs has been increasing every
year(Henderson, 2017). The tourism department bends towards creating a video as their strategy
for destination marketing. All brands and companies look forward to creating a video as their
homepage and it has moved from just a trend to a style to attract viewership. An advertisement
on Great Britain travel Video reached 9 Million amongst the 9.8 Million channel views (Carbo,
2015). It was also found that 87% of the millennial use social media to receive travel inspiration
and 20% turn towards Pinterest and Twitter. That's the main idea or topic all about. The vloggers
and bloggers are increasing right now because of the pandemic.

You should know how effective the blogs and vlogs in other ages and the website should be
trusted. How many people a daybook in because of influence by blogs and vlogs? You should
know that travel blogs and vlogs are the sources of destination marketing like in a company they
have their website for blogs in their specific location and videos for ads that will show vlogs in
any places. You should know that the average of travelers travels once in 6 months. 85% of
people inspired by blogs and vlogs to pursue their desires. The future of a travel blog and Vlog is
growing as many people have started travel blogging and Vlogging to show their followers what
they do in a destination and the vast growth will help frame network and broaden the use and
dependence on travel blogs and travel vlogs.

The young travelers segment is a developing market for today’s travel and hospitality industry.
They are attracted in the advancement of technology, specifically the students. All the
information, especially about travel can be obtained through online websites and applications.
The travel decision making among the young generations also can easily be altered by using
online sources. The presence of varieties of online sources regarding travel destinations has been
more practical to search for the travel information especially travels blog and vlog. Online
sources can simply affect decision making when it comes to travelling. However, with the
varieties of online sources, it is difficult to identify if the information provided can be trusted or
not. The decision making to travel can be changed in a minute and can be influenced by many
factors. Therefore, this research is focusing on the travel blog and vlog as an online source that
may influence the students’ travel decision making. It aims to study the aspects and
trustworthiness of travel blogs and vlog that can affect their travel decision-making process.
Hence, this research will be significantly helpful for marketers in developing marketing
strategies to provide a better tourism experience and attract more tourists to the destination.
