    Dear Ms. Adlawan:

    As mandated by Executive Order 898 dated May 1983, the Office of Transportation
    Cooperatives is the lead agency in promoting, organizing, accrediting, supervising and
    developing of Transport Cooperatives nationwide subject to the approval the Department of
    Transportation (DOTr).

    In connection to this, we would like to formally invite you or your Local Government Unit’s
    (LGU’s) representative to our online activity entitled, “Transport Cooperative Program (TCP)
    Explained,” on November 18, 2020, 2PM.

    Considering the restrictions on physical gathering or meetings during this pandemic, the session
    will be conducted through Facebook Live via FB group “TCP Explained Batch __”. Said activity
    aims to clarify and explain to both transport and non-transport groups the Transport Cooperative
    Program as required by the government in adherence to the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization
    Program (PUVMP) .
