    AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

    I, Lina Menancio, 86 years old of sound mind, a resident of El Rey Subdivisiion, Barangay
    Duhat, Santa Cruz, Laguna, with a Senior Citizen ID No. ________, after having sworn in
    accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

    1. That I have known and worked for San Luis Family during the time that Atty.
    Felicisimo T. San Luis was working in Manila as a corporate lawyer for the Santa Cruz
    Chinese Lumber;

    2. That I worked as a Clerk to the Governor of Laguna, Felicisimo T. San Luis from
    _______ to ______;

    3. That Lot No. 21 was owned by Governor Felicisomo T. San Luis’s parents, Isabelo San
    Luis And Balbina Tobias San Luis, and was transferred upon death to the former
    being their only child;

    4. That Gov. San Luis bought the Yatco Property (Lot No. 22) purposely to enlarge the
    San Luis’ residential compound (Lot No. 21), and wanted to leave the combined (Lot
    No. 21 + Lot No. 22) lots with the residential building to his children, as commonales;

    5. That when Governor San Luis bought the property (Lot No. 22), he was thinking that
    it was for his children, namely, (i) Linda San Luis – Delos Reyes (“Linda” for brevity);
    (ii) Emelita San Luis – Bituin (“Emelita” for brevity; (iii) Rodolfo “Boyie” San Luis
    (“Boyie” for brevity), deceased; (iv) Mila San Luis – Vista (“Mila” for brevity); (v)
    Manuel San Luis (“Manuel” for brevity; and (vi) Edgar San Luis (“Egay” for brevity);

    6. That the children of Governor San Luis was oriented that all of them have rights to the
    properties (Lot No. 21 and Lot No. 22);

    7. That the intention of Governor San Luis to the said properties (Lot No. 21 + Lot No.
    22) as commonales is a common knowledge to the Family Members, relatives and
    friends;

    8. As such, I execute this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
    and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set our hands this 7th day of August 2020 at
    Nagcarlan, Laguna, Philippines.
