    The taxi driver tells his passenger about his daughter who was studying at the university and made him proud. However, he saw her inappropriately dressed and wearing makeup with European boys at a coffee shop. When he realized it was his daughter, he couldn't believe it and slapped her before forcing her into the taxi and locking her in her room as punishment. This destroyed the trust between them, and from then on she wasn't allowed to go anywhere without a chaperone and wasn't allowed out after dark. The taxi driver then hurriedly drove the teacher he was speaking with to her meeting.

    EXPOSITION

    long time ago in singapore not like so crowded so busy, last time more peaceful not so much
    taxi men or so much cars and buses. people of them that time were afraid of their parents
    compare today as what he had observed every day.

    H. RISING ACTION

    The taxi man tells to his passenger all about his daughter as well as he also said that his
    daughter makes him proud every time. it was lay choo who studies in the university. how good
    and excellent she is. he expected that his daughter wasn’t busy for anything in behalf of
    focusing to his study but here the problem began, the time has come that he saw his daughter
    with european boys outside a coffee house wearing inappropriate dress with make-up.

    I. CLIMAX

    when he saw the girl, he wouldn’t believe that it was his favorite daughter he thought that he
    was just mistaken.  but he cannot deny the fact that it was her. he cannot describe his feelings
    when he saw her that moment. he go to his daughter and he catch her on the shoulder and
    neck then he slapped her. and the time that the taxi man get his daughter and force her to ride
    on the taxi. at the same time, when he locked her in her room as a punishment.

    J.FALLING ACTION

    the taxi man asked the teacher how she feels when she’s in her place. so the trust of his father
    was already destroy, she cannot go somewhere without anyone who can guide her, and most of
    all she cannot go outside when it’s already evening.

    K. RESOLUTION

    the teacher was in a hurry for a meeting that’s why the taxi man brings her into her meeting
    place where the taxi man also is in a hurry for a passenger to pick there
