    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, EMIBEL M. ALEGRE, Filipino, now a British Citizen, 45 years


    of age, married and presently residing at 072 Barangay Kalubkob, Silang,
    Cavite, Silang, Cavite have named, constituted and appointed, and by these
    presents, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, my brother, MARLON
    BELARDO MARQUINA, Filipino, 46 years old, married to Sorina
    Marquina and residing at 64 Barangay Kalubkob, Silang, Cavite to be my true
    and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and
    perform the following acts and deeds, to wit;

    “To appear and represent me before any person, entity,


    government office or agency, including but not limited to the
    Bureau of Internal Revenue, Register of Deeds, Assessor’s Office,
    and other concerned government agencies; to obtain certified
    true/electronic copy/ies of the certificates of title; tax
    declaration/s; and all documents that may be needed for the
    completion of the transaction involving my property/ies, within the
    Philippines;

    “To administer my properties; to pay the corresponding


    taxes and fees due the government; to represent me in the
    extrajudicial partition of any property in which I am entitled to
    inheritance; to file, sue for and defend me in all cases that may
    be filed for or against me; and appear, testify for me and
    represent me in all stages of the proceedings; and

    “To sign and execute all documents and other writings of


    whatever nature or kind, for the attainment of the above-stated
    purposes.”

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact,


    full powers and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
    whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,
    as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally
    present, with power of substitution and delegation and HEREBY
    RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
    lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof and in pursuance of the
    purposes above-stated.
