Two Air Compressor is used for instrument air and Service air, which is required for blowing
and operating pneumatic tools and instrument air, is required for instrumentation equipment’s
such as control valves, shut down valves etc. The system consists of compressor, instrument
air dryers and air receivers. Service Air Compressor also can be used as a substitute for
Instrument Air Compressor in failure off Instrument Air compressor for Smooth Operation of
Plant.

Heating & Heat Exchangers .Maintain the Re-boiler Temperature. Fuel gas, stripping gas,
pilot gas & Blanket gas Supply. Three way valve checking, Nacap Mixing, etc.

Erection & Commissioning: Commissioning of the whole system up to clients’ satisfaction &
handing over the entire project to them.
Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning & Start-Up
Preparation Of Punch Lists
Preparation of Pre Commissioning Procedures.
Leak testing, all type of cleaning, all the problems as per P&ID, steam and oil flushing,
Air blowing chemical cleaning, Tightness test, card-board blasting, Testing of gasket.
All vessels hydrostatic testing, pipe line testing, Inter-lock checking, PCV stock checking,
prepare all utility facility like-Instrument air and plant air, Service water, Cooling water
system, Fuel Gas and inert gas system sewage and drainage system.
Blind checking & removing, inert gas charging & purging, leak testing, de-pressurization,
vessel entry, hot and cold work permit, HC charging, leak testing up to vessel operating
pressure, line up the system.
Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for installation &
commissioning of the equipment; reviewing & analyzing contractor's change order proposals
& submittals. Facilitated commissioning of equipment’s providing needed technical inputs.
Preparing production reports, monthly operations related MIS reports and materials requisition
statements. Involved in P & ID’s verification & correction / updating.
SAFETY
Good Knowledge of Safety Systems such as H2S recovery, Fire and Smoke Detector System, H2S
Monitor, Breathing Apparatus, Fire Extinguishers. Have a good Knowledge of Shutdown and
Startup Procedure, Trouble Shooting of Equipment’s etc.
