Entry Template

Guideline:

This template applied to all regions for Programmatic Agency Person of the Year category.

You may design your own entry layout provided all Sections below are clearly stated and in 10 pages
inclusive of endorsement part, no less than Arial 11-point.

*Section 1: all details are mandatory, for agencies does not have a network or holding company this will
be NOT applicable hence please put NA.

Section 2 and after: please provide all required information as indicated.

Compulsory Management Endorsement

Your entry must be endorsed, authorised and signed off by both your CFO and CEO on the last page of
your entry submission paper including in the total 10 pages of your written submission. Digital Signature
can be accepted with the Letter of Endorsement to authorize this.

**Credits must be filled in correctly as per online form. Once submitted, category & credits cannot be
changed. Should you win, these credits will be used on trophies and Campaign’s online platform and
AOY Website.

(Please provide details of existing clients serviced and details of new business wins, as well as evidence of
ROI against business objectives, both for the agency and the client.)

Section 5: Strategy skills (25%)

(Please provide 2 examples / case studies to demonstrate the team’s strategic skills and performance in
programmatic trading. Client testimonials will be required as supporting material.)

Section 5: Innovation (25%)

Describe ways in which individual has been innovative during the eligibility period (including evidence of
excellent audience targeting, insights and data analysis skills, and evidence of ROI)
