    Nurse Ifa : Good afternoon. How’s your day?

    Nurse Bia : Good afternoon. Very good, thank you, and you?

    Nurse Ifa : It’s great. Thank you

    Nurse Bia : Are you ready to handover?

    Nurse Ifa : Sure, I’m ready now. Let’s do it now

    Nurse Bia : OK. In room 30, we have a new Ms. Nia, and the rest are old pastients.

    Nurse Ifa : Hmmmm, oke.

    Nurse Bia : Got it? Let’s begin with the new one. The new patient is Ms. Nia, 17 years
    old, with Anemia. She complained of chest pain, shortness of breath, and
    headaches. The results obtained from physical examination, the patient looks
    pale, weak, CRT> 3 seconds, Blood presusre 90/60 MmHg, Pulse 90
    x/seconds, RR 33 x/seconds, Temperature 36,5 oc.

    Nurse Ifa : Hmmm, then what therapy has been given?

    Nurse Bia : The patient has been given supplements of iron, vitamin B12, folic acid. Oh
    yes, she's also on oxygen.

    Nurse Ifa : Ok, I got it. Then is there any other action to be done?

    Nurse Bia : Oh right, she must do a laboratory examination to find out the results of HB,
    WBC, HCT, PLT, and her serum iron levels. Okay, that’s all. Any question?
    Nurse Ifa : No, all is clear.

    Nurse Bia : Ok, if everything is clear you just can read the status for details.

    Nurse Ifa : Don’t worry, I would check them out in report.

    Nurse Bia : Ok, now let’s go to the room and check the Ms. Nia.

    Nurse Ifa : Alright!

    (then the nurses change shifts by visiting Ms. Nias)

    Nurse Bia : Good afternoon Ms. ...... How are you feeling?

    Ms. Nia : Good afternoon, nurse. I think it’s a little bit better, not as painful as before.

    Nurse Bia : Alright, Ms. ...... This is Nurse Ifa, He hands over my job. He will be your
    nurse from now until 09:00 pm later.

    Nurse Ifa : Hello Ms.Nia. I’m Nurse Bia, I will be your nurse in charge of this afternoon
    shift.

    Ms. Nia : Oh hello Nurse Bia, ok. Nice to meet you.

    Nurse Bia : Nice to meet you too Ms. Nia

    Nurse Ifa : Ok Nurse Bia. Don’t forget to adjust the infusion drops and all her medicines
    are in that drawer, and the last call dr. Dewi for routine visit this evening.

    Nurse Bia : Alright, I am handle it. I will make sure all things going fine.

    Nurse Ifa : I am leaving now Ms. Nia. Nurse Bia will take care on you by now.

    Ms. Nia : Thank you so much for caring me.

    Nurse Bia : Ok Ms. Nia I’ll be back at the moment to check everything.

    Nurse If : See you Ms. Nia

    (then the nurses said goodbye and carried out their respective duties)

    Nurse Ifa : Okay, I’m leaving now. See you on Wednesday.

    Nurse Bia : Ok, take care please. See you
