    It was very nice to receive your reply to my email. How are you enjoying your
    new job as Head of Training? I imagine that you will be working with Andrea
    Klemperer in that role. I know her very well as we worked together on a
    project last year. Please send her my regards if you see her.
    I am just emailing because we would like to discuss the possibility of your
    company organizing some motivational seminars for our offices in the UK, France,
    and Italy. We were very impressed with the video that you sent us of your work
    and we would be very interested in finding out if you would be able to run a
    similar programme with our company.

    Subject Update on flower orders
    Hi James
    Here is the update on progress for the new logistics system. Up to now the
    changeover to a distributor in Holland has been going well and we hope to have
    everything up and running by 2 January.
    However, the sourcing of flowers for next year’s Mother’s Day has not been
    running as smoothly as we had hoped. We have hit a problem with sourcing
    carnations for that period. I still hope that we will be able to solve this problem
    before the end of this year as I know that they are a popular part of the bouquets
    that we have on offer.
    I hope this gives you all the information that you require, but please give me
    a ring if there is anything else that you would like to know.
